Our passion
My name is Carole McCall and I started this company whilst living abroad because I found it was impossible to get high quality, organic, fair-trade and ethical stuff in one place. I have always had an interest in green issues and started to source suppliers whilst traveling extensively with my work. From the artist I met in a temple gardens in Hawaii to the couple who make beautiful glassware in Spain I have made many friends.I set out to find an ethical and beautiful alternative for just about everything I could think of and I know we have achieved that here at www.diva-stores.com
We are a happy team based here in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England.We are all committed to ethical principles and love our jobs. From trying out fabulous organic beauty products to cooing over the latest baby wear it is a great job. We are all committed to excellent customer service and will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, please return it, within 3 weeks of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement.
Items returned under our 3 week guarantee should be returned to us in their original condition including any packaging.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. We ask that you wrap and parcel goods which you are returning carefully to prevent damage.
Be sure to include a note explaining the reason why you wish to return the goods, whether you would prefer us to send you a replacement or process a refund..
We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers so please as for proof of postage when returning an item.
We also cannot be responsible for the postage incurred with a returned item unless the item is faulty. If it is because of an error on our part then we will be happy to refund any costs you have incurred.
